Corporate Group Tour of Kerry

Go West Custom Ireland Tours produced a bespoke corporate tour for a banking client recently which saw couples visit the west of Ireland.  This group arrived into Shannon airport and were treated to some of the best of what Ireland has to offer in terms of accommodation, food and of course history and culture.

With a meet and greet service as well as chauffeur drivers, the group departed Shannon and headed for the famous and picturesque town of Killarney.  Staying in the stunning location of Aghadoe Heights Hotel, the group were treated to a five star welcome as well as a dinner on arrival.  Aghadoe is famed for its service, attention to detail and exceptional views over the lakes of Killarney.

As well as staying in one of the country’s best hotels, the group enjoyed a private tour of the area.  Firstly setting off along the majestic and dramatic Dingle peninsula.  The group enjoyed a visit to Louis Mulcahy Pottery followed by home made scones and freshly brewed tea & coffee.  The pottery workshop space can be seen as well as housing a fantastic studio space where various collections are for sale.

The group enjoyed lunch in Dingle town followed by a return trip to Killarney town for dinner that evening in  local restaurant and traditional Irish music and dance in O’Connors bar.

The next day the group explored the Ring of Kerry.  As well as visiting the Bog Museum the group also travelled along the Ring to see Waterville, Molls Gap and Ladies View.  A unique lunch stop at Parknasilla Hotel and Spa was a welcome break and the well positioned hotel gave great photograph opportunities across the water for guests.
