Day 1: Welcome to Ireland

Arrive in Dublin Airport and transfer to Delphi Adventure Resort in Mayo along the Wild Atlantic Way!  Set on 300 acres of woodland, this spa hotel and resort is 11.8 km from the village of Leenane and 15 km from the Tawnymackan Bog.

Day 2: Adventure on the Wild Atlantic Way

Enjoy extreme activities from team building, adventure, high octane & adrenaline pumping activities including (but not limited to):

Day 3: Killary, Connemara & Galway City

Depart Delphi this morning and enjoy a cruise in Killary Fjord.

Following cruise, visit Kylemore Abbey and Victorian Walled gardens, enjoy the Gothic Church, woodland and lakeshore walks.

Travel through Connemara and onto Galway city for overnight at your hostel.

Day 4: Aran Islands

Depart Galway and Travel to the ferry port Rossaveal and take a ferry to the Aran Islands. Meet with Cyril O Flaithearta who is an experienced cultural guide of the Island and great with youth groups. Hire Bicycles and visit Dun Aengus, the Iron Age fort built as four concentric stone walls. The fort has been called the “most magnificent barbaric monument in Europe”. Enjoy a your packed lunch at this historic fort!

Meet & Greet students on the island at their local secondary school of Coláiste Naomh Eoin. The school draws from these truly inspirational properties to nurture and enhance learning, resulting in total immersion in the Irish Language as well as an unrivaled pupil teacher ratio.

Return to the main land for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Day of Departure

After breakfast, depart the hotel and travel to the airport for your return flight.

Optional Extra Activity: Experience Gaelic Games in Dublin City

Learn Ireland’s native sports of Hurling, Gaelic Football and Gaelic Handball with expert professional coaches! Students and teachers alike will have a hands learning experience of the fastest field games in the world in the Capital. Also enjoy a visit to Croke Park (National Gaelic Athletic Association stadium).
